Terms of Service

Effective November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Institutional Sales Samples Requisition system ("ISR" or "the System"), an internal application owned and operated by Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc. ("SCPA", "the Company"). By signing in or using the System, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use the System

The System is for internal use only. Access is limited to current SCPA employees who sign in with a Company-issued @scpa.com.ph email address and whose access has been approved by an authorized administrator. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, lent or used on behalf of anyone else.

2. Accounts and roles

  • Every new account starts with the Requestor role. Approver and Point of Contact roles are granted only after an administrator approves the request.
  • Branch Admins and the System Owner may grant, change, suspend or remove access at any time, for example when you change roles, transfer branches or leave the Company.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity performed under your account. Report any suspected unauthorized access to your branch Admin immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the System only for legitimate Company business, and not to:

  • submit false, inaccurate or misleading requests, approvals, processing or receiving records;
  • request, approve or release samples, dispensers or other Company property for personal use or for unauthorized parties;
  • access data, pages or functions beyond what your assigned role permits, or attempt to bypass access controls;
  • export, copy or disclose customer, pricing, item or employee data outside the Company except as your job requires and Company policy allows;
  • upload malicious files or content unrelated to the request being processed;
  • interfere with the operation, security or performance of the System.

4. Requests, approvals and records

Requests, approvals, contracts and receiving confirmations made in the System are official Company records. Actions you take are logged with your name and a timestamp, and may be reviewed for audit, inventory reconciliation and compliance purposes. Approving or processing a request in the System has the same effect as doing so through any other Company-sanctioned channel.

5. Confidentiality and ownership

The System and all data in it, including customer information, item catalogs, pricing, contracts and request history, are confidential property of SCPA. Your obligations under your employment contract, the Company Code of Conduct and any applicable non-disclosure agreements apply in full to information you access through the System and continue after your access ends.

6. Monitoring

The Company may monitor and log use of the System to keep it secure, investigate incidents and enforce these Terms. You should have no expectation of privacy in business records you create in the System beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy and required by law.

7. Availability

The System is provided as an internal business tool. While the Company aims to keep it available and accurate, it may be unavailable during maintenance or outages, and features may change without notice. Keep using the Company's approved fallback procedures when the System cannot be reached.

8. Violations

Misuse of the System may lead to suspension or removal of access and to disciplinary action under Company policy, in addition to any remedies available under Philippine law.

9. Changes to these Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the System after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Questions

For questions about these Terms or your access, contact your branch Admin or the System Owner.
